We utilize many of our deck building techniques when building porches, but we modify our materials to meet historic standards. Currently we rebuild, renovate, and repair porches of New Jersey in the historic districts.
If your Historic Preservation Society requires we will custom build all your handrails and guardrails out of historically acurate Fir. All six sides of each board are primed before installation to lock out moisture from prematurly rotting out your rails.
